Newcastle Memorial Walk

As far as scenic walks go, the Newcastle Memorial Walk is something very special. Opened in 2015 to commemorate 100 years since the ANZACs landing in Gallipoli, this 6km walk is built of stainless steel as a tribute to Newcastle’s steelmaking history. You can take in all the sights walking from Nobby’s Beach to Merewether Beach with clifftop views and access to Strzelecki Lookout.
